Sturdy chairs! Reliable customer service!
Assembly—Very easy to assemble. Instructions were clear. Make sure to follow them.Chairs were very sturdy and comfortable.There was some damage that occurred during shipping. I reached out to the company and they responded quickly and replaced the damaged chairs. They indicated they would look into how the items are packaged for shipping when sending 2 chairs in one box.Customer service saved the 5th star!!Well done!

Screws are mixed up and not long enough
The screws come in 2 bags but they weren't labeled and they were all mixed up. The ring at the bottom is extremely difficult and the screws are not long enough. I only bought 2 but I was thinking about getting 2 more. If I can't get this ring on I'll have to take the other one apart to send back. This has been a horrible wasted afternoon

High quality and packaged very nicely!
I just got this and assembled it pretty easily with one note - the screws for the footrest ring are too short to work with and one of the holes widened too much too easily. I subbed in 4 matching longer screws I happened to have left over from other furniture assembly projects. High quality materials, well-packaged.

Poor built quality
One of the chairs was missing the hole for the screw on one of the legs so now the chair is supported at the base by only 3 legs instead of 4 and I just hate that.

The media could not be loaded. Great style! Good quality and value for the price. sturdy, comfortable, swivels and easy assembly. A unique fit for anyone who wants a stool.
