This is an easy to make, low calorie dessert if you use organic, vanilla almond milk with stevia to sweeten. For a chocolate version, add chocolate protein powder. It you're pressed for time, adding the milk and letting the tapioca soak for a while speeds up the cooking time. Not as rich as what your mamma made but pretty good none the less. Cheaper on Amazon than the per-box price at Whole Foods.

I made wonderful tapioca pudding with this, not the icky recipe on the box, but real tapioca pudding with an organic egg, organic whole milk, organic sugar, organic vanilla, and tapioca. It was delicious! So glad to have an organic version of instant tapioca. I highly recommend this product!

this is my second purchase of this product. It is far superior to the commercially available "store bought" instant stuff. Makes very good pudding and it's much less expensive through Amazon. I highly recommend it.

I like it very much. I am off dairy and so this is very nice for a little dessert at the end of the day. I will be ordering this again and again.

Organic tapioca pearls are not the easiest thing to find so I love these. I use them mainly for thickener in my pies and I have been very pleased with the results.

Makes yummy tapioca! I use the recipe on the box and substitute vanilla coconut milk for regular milk. Start to finish 10 minutes cooking time for a yummy treat.
