Quite simply the best lemon curd there is.
I have tried lemon curds from all over, and when my local shop stopped selling anything that was even passable in their deluxe ranges, I was disparing.But then, on a trip to Edinburgh to visit family, I found them all enjoying this amazing lemon curd that you could buy in a specialist retailer. It is amazing. I would visit my family, and buy them out of the stuff to take back home!Now though, you can buy this food of the gods via amazon. It comes well packaged to avoid breakages.I also recommend trying the Orange curd, which is equally amazing!And yes, before you ask, it is much nicer than Duerrs lemon cheese (my previous favorite but now unavailable at my local shop).

Lovely lemon curd
I find this by far the nicest lemon curd I've found. Absolutely delicious spread thickly on toast. Need to buy packs of six because one jar doesn't last very long.
