Q: What is the length of the lead?

The sound fantastic comes with a 2M lead. But since it is manufactured here in the UK we are able to change the length if needed. Thank you.

Q: Will this eradicate the ground loop buzz I’m experiencing through both speakers

I don't know for sure, but I suspect that if you can actually hear a buzz caused by an issue like this through your speakers then the Olson socket won't eradicate it. I could be wrong. But what I would say is that this Olson block does improve the sound of your hifi. I plugged my equipment in and immediately noticed a more coherent and enjoyable sound. Altogether more presence. There is now more space between the instruments and a slightly tighter bass. I'm hearing more of what is going on thanks to the filtering. Don't get me wrong, it's not night and day and it won't make a modest system sound high end. But if you want to hear more of what your system is capable of then the Olson unit makes as much, if not more sense, than upgrading cables by a comparable amount. You may still have to call in an electrician for that buzzing you're getting. But at least once the electrician has sorted out the ground loop issue you should still be able to hear the benefits of the Olson unit.
