Very easy to use, definitely have a squeegee, razor knife and bottle of soapy water in a spray bottle to apply. Edges were very straight so it was easy to line up on the widow. Looks really good from both the inside and outside. During the daytime the outside is mirrored, I can't see through it. Great thickness, I could pull on it while applying without worrying about it ripping. Will definitely buy again. Renter friendly, good durability and quality.

This window privacy film was easy to apply and made a huge difference in room temperature and light control. Blocks glare and heat while still letting some light through. Great for budget-friendly sun protection.

Good light blockage, privacy and heat blockage. Easy enough to install as far as tints go. I wish there was a product that allowed for privacy at night, instead this might actually make it easier to see into at night if you have lights on inside. Unfortunately, this is the way of all tints, can't make it one way glass. Cuts easily with a utility blade.

Before I purchased it, I read reviews ranging from 5 stars to 1 star. So, I share my pros and cons. I am giving this tinted window film three stars. Pros: It has 2 ways privacy function, except if the room is brighter than the outside at night, I could see inside the home. But better than nothing. Compared to the professional home window tinting company, the price is affordable. I chose blue silver; it looks very blue but keeps the room temperature somewhat low. (Some reviewers disagree; I am aware of that.) It is easy to install them once you get used to it.Cons: The film is very thick and arrived with a tube roll. So, when I tried to lie flat on the table, it kept rolling and curling back firmly. This was a pain in the butt to work with. The film is extremely easy to scratch with a metal ruler, scissors, cutter, desk, and any hard object. Once scratches are there, there is nothing you can do. This film emitted odors of old plastic material. The smell is powerful, from my experience. Materials are not environmentally friendly or human-health friendly. Considering the cheap price and the fact that it was made in China, what do I expect? I got what I paid for. I tinted the bedroom and hallway windows, keeping them for a while. But I am still deciding whether to work on this film in the living room, kitchen, or other rooms. I may call a local professional home tinting window company. I am giving it 3 stars because if you need tinted windows in the garage or storage room and rooms you don't sleep and eat foods, this film might do the job you want and save money.

Easy to use, easy to install, one person can do it.Quality is good. Gives u privacy from the outside. Looks easy to take off, not filmy at all.Just measure first to make sure u have enough, MY MISTAKE!

I no longer wake up drenched in sweat!! These are amazing. They block so much heat while still allowing light. I live in TX with western facing, thin windows and I was roasting all summer. Now I have the shades open and there is not a single bead of sweat on me.

I grabbed the 17inch by 7.5 feet I think. It’s the black silver. I know it says black but it actually looks like a mirror (black silver). I’ll keep this short…. Buy 2 inches longer than what you need. Clean before prepping, Razor for silicone, dish washing sponge (nonmetal) and scrub window, spray water/dish soap mix. Use a squeegee to clean the window. After its extremely clean spray window generously, cut the film 2 inches longer on all sides, remove film cover(mirror side facing outside of home). Squeeze all water and bubbles with vinyl squeegee paddle . Use the paddle at the edge of window and slowly slide razor to cut the excess. Squeeze all bubbles and water out and you are done. Looks good, it’s cheap, 1 hour and you are done.

It works well as long as the light isn’t on inside. I used it on the garage windows and it was very easy to put up. Took me no time at all to apply, easy to cut as well. Only problem is as soon as the lights are on at night you can see straight through it. It’s not a problem really for me cause its my garage but if you are putting this on a window inside your home just no chances are you can see through with the lights on.
