My kids love this book. They have enjoyed all of our books by Barbara O'Connor.

Enjoyable story by an excellent writer but some of her other books are stronger stories with richer characters. Overall we still loved it.

Hooked me from the first page. O'Connor has the perfect touch for middle grade. Her characters are loveable and ring true, and her tension is just right. This is a fun book that will stick with me for a long time and I'll be telling people, "You have to get the book about the frog and the thing that fell off the train!"

My son needed more books to read for his reading classes in school. His school was having a book sale, and unfortunately when it came time to buy the books, my son was at home ill. After reading the reviews for this book, I had to buy it online from Amazon. My son was so happy to see that I was able to find this book for him. Thank You for being there for us.

I chose this rating because it's just a great book with a happy ending and that is all you need. I would recommend this book to people of all ages.

A bit disappointing, comparing to her "How to steal a dog".It's not a page-turner.However, still It's just OK to read.
