Q: are these made in the USA

The package says "made in China".

Q: Actual dimensions of each clipper?

The large clipper is 3.25" long and the small clipper is 2.25" long. The cutting edge on the large is 1/2 inch across and 3/8 inch across on the small.

Q: What are the actual size measurements? Saying "I love their sizes" without actually providing their measurements is useless.

I guess what I meant by that is that the larger one is great for that thickened bog toenail and the smaller ones are dainty enough for even children's nails (not babies I don't think). ***If I remember to measure I will re-post (in inches and metric).

Q: Do they have a non slip grips

The steel is textured so it feels really grippy, Im pretty sure Tweezerman sells super grippy ones though if you need it.
