No, regardless.
Great and adjustable heat level. Non-stick and easy to clean.

Works great
Works great for Lefse (Norwegian flat bread) among other dishes. Gets really hot (450 degrees)

Ideal size.
I works very well with making afghan or indian bread. It is not so fast but excellent for home use. It takes around three minutes per bread.

I hate that I LOVE it
Super huge! But so worth it! Needed to replace some old 20 yr non stick pans that started to stick and ordered this without much expectation. I didn’t think I would love cooking with it so much! Cooks well, heats evenly, doesn’t burn, easy to clean, reduced my cooking time by half, and would be great for entertaining guests because you can manage multiple batches/cooks in one go. The only drawback is the finding the right storage for its SIZE. At first, I was not impressed. I had to assemble the lid (missing a piece or the instructions were incorrect) and legs. The lid seemed really flimsy and had a tiny dent. The cooking surface also had a very small groove, like something didn’t cure or melted funny. The lid didn't sit well, and kept sliding off. When I plugged it in, it started to whir/purr… I immediately shut it off, a little disappointed. Then I kicked my butt into gear and cooked on it. Hole Leek Ow! It was amazing! I made some Okonomiyaki (Japanese savory pancakes). It cooked like a dream! I did three in one batch, they cooked evenly and thoroughly. I didn’t know how to cook with temperature gauges because a lot of stove tops (gas, electric, induction) cook differently at the same (med) setting. This is sooooo nice because you know exactly how hot your surface is. Before, with individual frying pans, I would take forever when I cooked because I was limited to one batch per frying pan, and I’d have to guess and test how hot the surface was. This speeds things up, and keeps my food warm for serving. My next test was Crepes. What I found amazing is how quick I was able to cook! Instead of cooling down the frying pan between cooks, and waiting for them to flip, the crepes were done in less than a min (!!!!?) a side and I could do three crepes (6” diameter) at a time. I felt so fancy like the crepe stand ladies who pump out crepes super fast! Again, no burns, no gummy underdone ones, perfect every time. Cleaning after the cooks were easy. Splashed some warm soapy water and wipe it down. Kinda don’t care how long this thing lasts. It is a dream to cook with while it works. I intend to enjoy it while it lasts!

Doesn’t heat up easily.
Mugego is not good for baking bread because it doesn't heat easily, takes a long time, and sometimes suddenly loses power. I would like to thank Amazon for the shipping and customer service. Mugego is good size wise, but it doesn't heat up quickly. It would be better if it was repaired and made again.
