Effective Product
Well packaged sealed well. I use the product to help with sugar cravings and I find it very effective. I use candida care tea but it was sold out so I got this as I think it is one of the key ingredients in the tea. I add it to shakes or just water and drink it. Has a slight sweetness

Hard to measure dose.
This seems to be a pure product, and I like the simple packaging. The problem is establishing the dose. The supplier states .5 of a gram is one dose, to take more can make you ill. I asked them how to measure half a gram and they stated that a teaspoon is 3 grams, so I deduced that .5 gm is one sixth of a teaspoon. How on earth do you measure that? They agreed that a small plastic scoop would be a good idea, but have not offered to send me one. So now left trying to guess how much to take.Too soon for any results. It gives me mild indigestion. Perhaps I’m taking too much?

Sí llevas mucho tiempo sufriendo patologías que acaban desgastando tu cuerpo en normal que la desesperación te haga probar sensaciones nuevas.El pau de arco tiene muchas propiedades beneficiosas contra infecciones, hongos y demás por su efecto desintoxicante. Su gusto es agradable, aunque eso depende del paladar de cada persona.Es importante tenerle respeto y seguir las cantidades recomendases diarias ya que como todo, tiene sus efectos secundarios. Yo padezco de muchos eructos ya que posiblemente sea por un tema de mi PH ácido y sinceramente, noto calma en mi cuerpo, pero por otra parte, si tomo una segunda infusión, tengo la sensación de limpieza por dentro y el efecto es luego como cuando tienes molestias por hambre, vacío en el estómago y debilidad. Igual son efectos de la desintoxicación ya que me noto mejor, pero es duro también. No se pierde nada por probar y ver sus efectos a largo plazo, al mismo tiempo pruebas nuevas sensaciones y aprendes más sobre medicina natural.A parte muy contenta con Indigo Herbs, son muy responsables con los envíos. Me encantan!
