Game changers. Wish I knew these existed years ago,
I’m quite hard on my cycling shoes. I have a gravel drive and I chew through cleats. These are great, I leave them at the end of my driveway when I head out and pop them on when I return. Note that you will need some force to pop them off once they’re on, but I have managed so far and I have tiny hands. To get them on I put them on the floor, hook the front of the rubber piece on the toe end of the cleat and push my heel down until I hear a click.

I got these as a little gift for a mate who’s been brilliant helping me get into cycling. He’s been riding for years. Fitted, worked with my pedals. Got about 100 miles in and one of the cleats snapped. 80:20 mix of indoor and outdoor riding. All using Ultegra pedals.Easy to install, as long as you can use an Allen key you can fit it.
