Contains a lot of useful information. Can't wait to try them out and test the advice given by the book. Very excited.

This is my personal opinion based on 25 years in the corporate environment, so my views may be somewhat jaded.If you are looking for a business plan this may be what you want. In my opinion it appears to be a cut and past plan that could be used for any business and mainly the names changed to protect the guilty. It would be good to look at the publishers web site before buying this book ([...]) to understand what I mean. The book contains all the anachronism, psycho-babble and blather of modern business, marketing, accounting corporate business. It even tells you to have your mission statement. I suppose that if you are going to finance this operation, that may impress your banker.The only thing it doesn't do is tell you how to outsource your hotdog cart to China. The majority of the information provided will be set up by an accountant and lawyer if one were to proceed that far with the business. The rest is an attempt to codify common sense. Coupled with much redundancy, expect to find much blank paper, approximately a third of the book,The book may be good to give potential competition as it may scare them out of the business.If you are looking for an in depth book dealing with the real everyday nuts and bolts of actually starting a hotdog or food cart business this is not it.

At almost $25 a pop you have to sell a lot of dogs to break even with this book. Most of the information is common sense and is available at your local library or on the internet.The quality of the publishing is poor also, my High School print shop did a better job.
