The flavor is good, it takes more water and time to cook, much less calories than the white rice. I love rice and with this one I feel less guilty about eating carbohydrates. More pricey of course than the regular white one but healthier

This rice has so much flavor, it’s very good. I highly recommend this product. My hubby is Type II diabetic and he can enjoy this rice with much less worry, than eating white rice. Try it!

Best rice I've had in years, with black beans & black sesame seeds, just can't go wrong, a little pricy do.

It takes longer to cook than normal rice and does stain utensils, but overall aa good rice just for the health benefits alone.
