My gray and black water tanks always smell. So far Tank Elixir works great - No Smell! My sensors are working again too. My gray water always showed half full. Now, when I drain ti, my gray shows empty. This is my first time using Tank Elixir, but so far so good. I bought this because it is more concentrated than other products that I saw. I am glad that I did. I will buy the product again when I need to.

No harsh chemicals. You got me there. It's effective too. Yay for an easy to use product.

Did not work on my black tank to remove odors. May be good for cleaning drains and grey water tank.

Used it in my home sewage waste injection pump system prior to opening it for service. Made an unbearable job bearable. Actually it was quite amazing at eliminating oders, also liked that it is eco friendly.Great product!!

Bought a two year old RV with blackwater tank sensor stuck on 3/4. Put 16 oz. of this in as directed, filled the tank, let it sit for a few days, drove it around, sit for a few days more, emptied an flushed it and sensors are working now.

I live in N. TX, it's hot here. I called Helix Labs, the mfr, and they said their product loves the heat. I read the instructions saying 1-2 ounces per treatment. My black water tank stunk so bad I had to hold a hand towel over my face every time I flushed! It seriously was bad. I increased the amount used and it didn't work. I put about 4 ounces in my tank, filled it with water, left for the day, came back and emptied and rinsed the black tank, still stunk and the sensor still was showing full as if paper was on it. I used about 8 ounces this week to get rid of it and move on to another product. I live in my RV full time and empty it once a week. The deodorizing ability is very weak as well. Do not recommend.

Have used this for a few cycles now with our black water tank and so far it is working as advertised. Used to have clogs when emptying the tank, but that has not happened since I switched over to the Tank Elixir.

This definitely does NOT take away any odor. I use this with a portable toilet for the black tank and it all still smells badly. It does dissolve down the toilet paper but that’s about it.
