The media could not be loaded. Honestly, I couldn't believe my luck when I received these 2 Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Ovens. It comes with BOTH the 3qt & 5.5qt Dutch ovens. These are HEAVY - and you can tell they are really well made and decent cast iron that is well coated and will last for year. Perfect for making soups, braising meats, hearty stews, making a roasting, and the one thing I have never tied but want to - Bread Baking!First of I will state unequivocally, the quality of this set is outstanding. Honestly a lot better than I was expecting. The enamel finish is smooth and vibrant in a gorgeous red color that looks beautiful on my stovetop and table. The cast iron feels hefty and solid, and I found it distributed heat evenly so everything cooked perfectly last night when I tried it out!One thing I really love is that these Dutch ovens are oven-safe, which gives me the flexibility to start dishes on the stovetop and finish them in the oven without switching pans. This is a HUGE benefit to using a dutch oven. The lids fit snugly, helping retain moisture and flavor, and the 7-layer construction really seems to make a difference in performance and durability.One thing that did surprise me is that cleanup was surprisingly easy. I found the enamel coating acts a bit like non-stick and made baked on food release pretty easily. The pot washed up beautifully without staining or chipping. Overall I really love the set, and feel lucky to have two of them because the sizes are really just perfect for me. I have an instant pot dutch oven but it is SO BIG that I have to make food for an Army and these are more geared towards 2 to maybe 5 or 6 people - which honestly is more what I cook for. I also think the size seems perfect for making bread (which I have yet to try). The ONE negative is that the handle is labeled with ROMSWI. I have no idea why all these companies think we are going to be excited about buying something with such dumb names prominently engraved on the item. I think if I were giving this as a gift, I would not choose this particular set and merely because of the dumb name engraved right on the handles. And that would be too bad, because it's a nice set (truly!). BUT one good thing is that it seems the handles are put on simply with a Philips head screw and so Ill be looking for some fun alternative to adorn my new dutch ovens with, and honestly I think that is a positive and will make it more fun. Maybe I can even find some sort of silicone knob so I can open the pot without a pot holder. Oh, that brings me to the last thing I like about this set - it came with 2 of the CUTEST potholders (see pics) and that was a very nice added bonus - they are perfectly sized for the handles!

Dutch ovens came in a set of two. They look quality made. The dutch ovens are the perfect size for families. The enamel covers the entire pots and lids, no skips. Both pots sit flat on the counter. Both of the lids have drip bumps to help with basting during cooking. The walls of the pots and lids are thick, they are both heavy and that's nice for keeping the heat. Dutch ovens can be used for just about anything, from cooking meat, casseroles, breads. They can be used outdoors also for camping. The value is in the versatility they provide and for cast iron pots they are well worth the price. I really like the color of red of these pots, they are very nice and well made.

These pots are perfect for slow cooks and stews. Enameled to resist staining, easy to clean and holds heat well. Recommended for usability

Oh my these red cast iron pots are freaking amazing! Don't be fooled by the look because they are very very heavy. I lifted the pot top and was truly impressed by the weight. These pots are very large in width. Large enough to cook your greens or cabbage on Sunday , and spaghetti during the week. The quality is very good even though it has that beautiful red color. The quality reminds me of my grandmother's old black cast iron skillets. The colors are this two tone bright red color around the main areas of the pot with this darker redish black around the rim. Overall the quality is very good and I know that these are going to last awhile. I got the two pots with two lids in this set and I am very impressed with the quality at around $65.

These Dutch ovens are premium quality, have a good weight and work beautifully on the stovetop or in the oven, They're very durable and can last for years with proper care. Great investment.

My mother used to cook all sorts of great food in her cast iron Dutch oven. This set of two is just like the one she had. It's well-made form heavy cast iron and ceramic coated for easy cleanup. They are nearly non-stick and the matching lids are equally heavy duty. The color is great - I love the retro red. This is a great value for a set of two cast iron pots and I highly recommend it.
