Works well and good price
I installed this in my 2008 Prius. It looks just like the original. I installed the Dorman pump from NAPA before I installed this one because I didn't have time to wait for this one in the mail since the original pump had stopped working. The Dorman worked, but it's about twice the height, and twice the price as this pump. I had the Dorman pump in my car for three days before I received this pump and replaced it. I then cleaned the Dorman pump and returned it to NAPA for a full refund, no questions asked. I then bought a second one of these to have on hand if-and-when the first one quits working. I have put 8,000 miles on the car with this pump so far.

Prius 06 inverter water pump
So far so good. Installed im my 06 prius. I was referred to this product by a friend that works on Toyotas. He said that was the next best thing than the OEM part. It was worth ot for the price as long as it lasts.

Works great , 04 prius
It's easy to install. Works great so far only a month made 2, 8 hour round trips. My doorman flopped out on its first 1hour drive . Doorman wouldn't warrenty it because I got it from Rockauto. An rockauto would not warrenty.100 dollars down the drain. Highly recommend so far.

Seems to work fine, and the new pump is quiet.
Seems to have fixed out problem. Listing said Made in Japan but the product itself said Made in U.S.A., which is fine with me. I just wanted to avoid the spotty quality of some of the Chinese aftermarket products so was pleased to see that it wasn't made there. Our old pump was making noise, which is apparently what they do when they are about to fail and this new pump took care of that. I did find it necessary to pull the front bumper out enough to remove the driver's side headlight to gain access to the pump. Some on-line instructional videos say to remove the headlight, and some say it's not necessary, but I found that I couldn't get the hoses off the old pump until I did.

More expensive but hopefully better than the cheap ones.
Bought a super cheap ($25) inverter pump from Amazon and it lasted about 6 months. I should have learned but I bought another one and once again it lasted about 6 months. This time I'm going with the more expensive and hopefully better quality. Been about 10 days since I installed and it is working great. Install is pretty strait forward. Its a little hard to get access to the pump but there are lots of youtube videos to help. Hopefully this will be the last one I install. I'll update if it goes out on me.

Seems like a quality part
Seems to be same as original in quality and build from a first glance and install only time will truly tell though will update if it has any issues but from doing research it’s the name brand for pumps and should last which is worth it compared to cheaping out for the 25 dollar ones which people have break anywhere within a year
