Q: Are you able to shut the light off during the day or place it on a timer?

Not to my knowledge. We use the fountain mostly during the day and the light is always on. There does not seem to be a way to run the fountain without the light being on.

Q: I bought this fountain over a year ago and just havent followed up. The pump broke after 2 weeks. Can you give me info on ordering a new one? Thanks.

If it were a large space, then yes, it would look and sound amazing. But one thing to note: there is a little bit of splash-over from time to time, so you'd want to make sure that the flooring underneath it is suitable.
