Does it have a compartment that will accommodate an IPad?

Please DO NOT order this bag, as the one i received from amazon was not the bag thats shown in this picture and what i received was very poor qualitt! 2ndly the bag does not have an ipad pocket.

Could i fit the earphones, gats jar, and some manuals inside the bag? or what could i got in the bag with earphones in it?

The bag comfortably accommodates a headset but not a lot more. I, personally, wouldn't want a gats jar in there with my headset and I doubt it would fit right anyway but it's possible. I put my charts, keys, a couple of pens and a small notebook in there with my headset. Any bulky items will be a difficult fit.
