An amazing product. I absolutely love this ice maker. It is probably the best ice maker I have ever used. The speed that it produces ice is okay. Don't expect it to be able to produce enough ice for a party. But if you have a family of three or four it's good. I absolutely love to touch screen. It is so easy to use. Put some ice in your cup. If you want to just drink water you've got options of 6 oz up to 24 oz. It is literally the perfect size for the countertop. It slides up underneath my cabinetry perfectly. And when there's no ice and water in it. It only weighs like I think 25 lb. So easy to move around. But the ice quality is amazing. I highly recommend you not use tap water. Use purified water. Comes out with perfectly clear nugget ice. And did I mention it has a cleaning feature? I recommend this product 100%. I will update you on the longevity of the product. But I have had this for almost 3 months now. And I have not regretted it. Yes it's expensive. But you get what you pay for.

Love this ice maker! The first one didn’t work but the company graciously sent out a new one that worked straight out of the box. This ice machine comes with in app that lets you make ice or clean the machine from another room in your house. Ice builds up fast, will melt quickly if not removed from the machine.

Love this ice machine! I have always been an ice tray kinda gal. But I moved into a new house and I have guests over quite frequently. The ice cube trays weren't able to keep up with supply and demand so I decided to step into the future and try an ice maker. This lil gem caught my eye because it looked countertop friendly and the color matched my kitchen appliances. It's easy to use. Before the 1st use, I cleaned it and selected the large quantity ice option as a run through before making a batch. I love the quality of the ice. The shape is similar to the bullets that used to try and defeat Mario in the video game Super Mario Bros. Anyway, you get about 9-10 cubes about every 10-12 min. It comes with three handy dandy large ice bags which don't take very long to fill. It comes with indicators that alert you to 'add water' or 'ice full'. I do wish that it also had an alert when it's time to clean it. And a place to put the scoop would be nice. Otherwise, this machine looks awesome in my kitchen and it offers the convenience I was looking for. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful product. I tried six different ice makers, and this is the best. I modified mine to add a floater so I do not have to fill the water tank manually. It is quieter than most I tried, but occasionally it mixes ice and makes noise. Overall I am very happy. Finally, unending ice and water. No leaks, ice is awesome, production fits a family of five, and low noise.

I purchased two of these as we go through a lot of ice and we all love the pebble ice. I had only a couple of weeks and one of my units was leaking. I was able to return because it was within the 30 days. Now another machine leaks AND the ice dispenser function will not turn it off at random times. It happened to me once and I thought it was a fluke. It's not, it has happened quite a few times, and has happened to pretty much everyone that uses it. This started, of course, just a few days after my 30 day return window. It seemed like a nice machine. I have owned probably 10 difference counter top ice machines from Amazon, they all break and they are all VERY loud. But this one seemed a little nicer. I loved not having to scoop ice and I loved that it had TDS levels. But the TDS levels are not accurate. I can have a freshly cleaned machine and my levels will be off the chart. I have even had my osmosis company come out to check to see if my system is working. It's working, but the ice machine is not. I reached out to the seller - since I was just a few days out from my return window. I'm allowed to return it - if I pay for shipping. Apparently their year warranty only applies if you purchase directly from them. Normally with ice machines I purchase the protection plan, but for this one it was 192.99 and for a $500 machine I thought that was too much. In my opinion, I would plan to add that extra cost in. And also note that they wanted me to communicate with them at their email address - not through the Amazon messaging center. Boys and girls, that's called a red flag.

I call it an Ice Robot because can work non stop as long as water is supplied. It works like a charm, my son who uses ice in everything he drinks, loves it. He makes ahead many batches the then pack in plastic bags and stores in the freezer. In this way he avoids drinking the water that runs from the faucet and tastes chemicals.

We are so happy with this! It has two sizes of cubes.. great for a party 🎈 and easy to use.. My husband said he is very happy that we picked this model
