Ideal for cramped situation. Whisper quiet. Perform as well as many heftier fans.
These fans are well worth it. Well crafted and made. They are whisper quiet and deliver the air of many heftier fans. I had to buy one to fit my Corsair liquid cooler radiator. The Corsair offers the most compact radiator around. But it requires 2 fans -- one front, one back. Makes for a long pack that wouldn't fit within my ITX m/board cabinet. With the supplied 120mm fans. By replacing one with the Prolimatech fan, everything fitted just fine. Snug but it works. Was concerned that the multiple blades would create noise. Quieter than supplied fans..

I've Purchased 2 of these fans so far for a mini tower and a micro tower pc and they do the job well, very silent, and slim profile allows it to be setup in the tightest of spots. Will definitely purchase more. Also purchased the sythe slim equivalent and its noisier than these when run at the same speed settings.

.it gets kinda noisy...
Unless you run this Fan 75-100% it's not going to move much air. When you do run it like that...it gets kinda noisy do to the fact that it has Ball Bearings. I returned this unit and got the Noctua NF-S12A PWM.

Only if you REALLY need them for a tight fit....
Works, and fits in narrow or tight spots. Moves decent air for it's depth I guess, but it wasn't as strong as I expected for static pressure. Just kind of underwhelming. Quiet but not silent. One of the two I ordered has a slight grinding noise like there's microscopic gravel in the bearing, so I'll see how long it lasts. This fan is touted as being for cpu coolers and RADIATORS, but doesn't come with the required 3/4" '6-32' screws with M4 flat washers that you will need for use on a radiator. You'll have to find these yourself at a hardware store. For a $20 fan, these should have been included. Will likely purchase Scythe next time for less money.

Great in my NR200
It took a little more creativity than I generally like to use to get these all in there, but I can't complain too much. For a low profile fan, I don't really have any complaints. I'd probably buy these again for a mini-build.Noise level isn't bad. Performance is on point. I mean, unless one blows up and takes out my motherboard, I really don't have any complaints. haha

Slim. Quiet. Powerful for its size
I needed a slim profile fan to fit a tight spot on my mini itx case(bitfenix prodigy mini itx) because my swiftech h220 top-mounted left very little room for a front-top fan. This fan fit perfectly where a regular 120mm fan wouldn't. It pushes a fair amount of air, is quiet, and is perfectly controllable when connected to a pwm connection.

Good Fan
I have used two Prolimatech Ultra Sleek Vortex 12 on the top of my Seidon 240M water cooling. I have follow the mechanism of push & pull airflow to improve the efficiency of my radiator. Since My case is cooler master Haf XM, I have to remove the two 200mm fans on the top and install my radiator with these two slim fans 15mm (other two 25mm fans are attached inside my case). Now the airflow to my radiator is good enough and I have noticed an improvement in my cpu temperature.I have reduced one star because of the screws included in the package is not suitable for attaching this fan to my water cooling radiator. I have screws from my case which are suitable for 25mm fans only, but you can't use them for this fan. I solve mu issue by using cable ties. One more thing, one fan was stopped working because I touch it by mistake while it was working, be careful & don't repeat my mistake :(Finally, This fan is good & quite. I recommend it to be used with your water cooling radiator if you have limited space in your case like me.
