小学生の娘のグラマー見直しのために購入しました。
Intermediate版であやふやだった点がはっきりとわかり、グラマーがかなりできるようになったので、Advanced版を購入しました。例文がたくさん載っているのでわかりやすいようです。

ニュアンスの説明書！？
TOEICの点数が停滞期なので、英語の本質的な理解に向けて、3ヶ月前より本書を利用中。なかなか手強いです。今までよくわからなかったというより、気づきもせず使っていたことが別のニュアンスを持っていたりして、英語の解像度というか緻密さに向き合う参考書です。やり通せるか？の不安と、やり通したらどうなってるか？の期待の間で勉強しています(^^)

最高の文法書のひとつ！
こちらのAdvancedは、”若干” Grammar上級者向けの様に感じます。 English grammar in useをしっかりお勉強した上で、こちらの進むには大変良い教材だとおもいます。 中身はEnglish grammar in use ほど絵での解説はなく、文字での解説が多くなります。 （といっても難解ではありませんのでご心配なく。） 重複している部分もありますが、付け加えている部分もあり、さらに多くの単語や文法が身につきます。 厚さはEnglish grammar in use より少し薄いですね。 CUPやOUPから出ている教材は本当に良いものが多いです。 少々お高いですが、購入してまったく損はしません。

改訂版じゃないほうを購入しましたが、こちらにもレビューします。 私にとってこのシリーズは、1ページ勉強しても、わ～私、すごく上達したわ～と、思わせてくれる魔法の書です。 わけのわからない自信がつきます。 おすすめです！

Highly recommended for serious learners!!
This book is a great investment if you really want to deep dive into the functional aspects of English Grammar. The content is undoubtedly of very high quality and is meant for serious English learners. This book is definitely not for the beginners - as the title suggests. The book expects you to have basic knowledge of functional Grammar before you embark on your journey to the advanced level.

Kitap yepyeni geldi. Kargolama ve ürün kusursuz. Gelelim içeriğe: Bu kitap, "baştan sona okuyup bitireyim" diye düşünenler için değil de daha çok "yetersiz olduğu spesifik konuları pekiştirmek isteyen kişiler için" tasarlanmış. Kitabın içinde de belirtiyor bu durumu. Yani size gramer konuları belli bir sıra içerisinde verilmiyor. Kitaba, varsayıyorum yetmişinci sayfadaki belli bir konudan da başlayabilirsiniz. Asıl kullanım amacı bu zaten. Aklınızda bulunsun.
