Do these iem's come with a case?

Yes, the pair i got came with a durable fabric case and a hard clear case. Everything fits inside the hard case whereas the fabric case is really only meant for the IEM’s.

Do these sound good with classical music like Wagner?

They do well with all types of music, including classical. Most of my music collection is classical and I enjoy it on the FH3.

Has anyone made custom ear molds (e.g. radians) to work with these iems? how low profile are they?

There is actually an IEM company that does custom ear molds. You would have the sound qualify of the IEM and custom molds. Just do some research. The Fiio are low profile enough to sleep on your side without causing ear pain. I hope this helps.

Are they better than voyager 3?

I have both and I consider thieaudio voyager 3 to be better,while FH3 has a DD and voyager 3 has a BA- I find them richer in the sub and mid bass,both can't go wrong,also try tip rolling to change sound to your liking
