Depending on my level of fatigue, and brain stimulation, I take one or two capsules 30 minutes before I go to bed. I have used them, as I said, for five years. I am not an individual who can tolerate much 'medication' of any kind. I am also not, nor have I ever been, someone who blindly takes whatever the Dr. suggests. Also, I keep careful record of what I take (which is vitamins in addition to the Zen, and 2Tablespoons of tart, dark cherry juice). Over the past 17 years I have had to adjust my diet, exercises and sleep to overcome fibromyalgia, myofascia pain and chronic fatigue.Back to the ZEN. I have paid close attention to the efficacy of this product. I have noticed I experience a deeper, less disturbed sleep with them. (Which would indicate that they aid in brain wave change. Which is what my Dr recommended them for, as I have hyper creative brain activity). I do not experience the bizarre and somewhat hallucinogenic dreams that numerous other sleep aid (including oils) generate. I have tested this by not taking them for a single night to multiple nights. It is always a relief to get back on them. To help me go to sleep and stay asleep (Zen helps with staying asleep) I take the Zen with the cherry juice. Works very well for me. But, I also am careful about sleep regimen, diet and exercise.

This is a very good product, actually it is the best for this because I have been using it for many years. Why my product was not delivered is a disappointment. I needed the product than I want the $50.00 refund. I will try and re order.

I have chronic pain from a congenital spinal condition. The Zen helps me manage emotionally. One a day and it helps keep the anger and everything getting on my last nerve and the weepy feelings at bay. I have found it helps to take it after eating something. One time I took one before eating and my arms and legs felt numb. I am REALLY chemically sensitive and guess maybe the GABA component had an effect. Lesson learned.

This stuff is fabulous. If I need to settle down to get to sleep, I take 2 ZenMind capsules with some water and in about 20 minutes I can feel it acting on my nervous system, calming it right down. I then fall asleep gently and naturally. But something to note about this product is you DO NOT feel drugged, so if for some reason you need to wake up before a full night's sleep (i.e. caring for children, elderly parents, sick pets), you can. But it isn't just good for helping you to sleep. One day, after an argument with someone had me all worked up, I took 2 capsules. It calmed me right down, my equilibrium returned, and I remained alert and productive the rest of the day.

helps with anxiety, i take 2 as needed, don't usually need more than a couple doses a day, and i've only maxed at 4. can be spendy compared to less natural products but has no side effects, doesn't build up in the system or require a build up time to relief. i've been using it for 8 years, recommended by my licensed naturopath whom i've trusted with my whole family for over 10 years.

I believe this product has helped me during the past few months as I was diagnosed with cancer, through treatments, and back to work. I appreciate my naturopathic oncologist for the recommendation.

Worked miracles for us. Anxiety and depression. Our Herbalist suggested 1-2 capsules (depending on the severity of your symptoms) 2X a day. It has been a daily regime for 2 years. I highly recommend this product over traditional pharmaceuticals. If everyone would just trust nature and not beleive everything you hear, it would put the industry out of business.
