Works well.Just need to get a routine of refilling the water.During summer with multiple kids makes a huge difference as the fridge ice make is small and would run out quicklyKeep in mind on all these countertop units ther is not a lot of insulation- top is just a clear lid - so ice stays cold but. It freezer cold so will melt quicker. But still very useful

Works great, but don't expect it to carry more than two people's drinks at a time.

I had previously given this a 1 star review, but that wasn’t exactly fair to the company, when I received my ice maker it worked for about a day then completely stopped producing and made horrible sounds, the company reached out to me, addressed my complaint and sent me a new one that day, I don’t think I have ever had customer service that nice and efficient! Well the new one has been working just fine! Perfectly crunchy ice!

This ice maker was cheaper than most of the ice makers on Amazon. It works really well you get enough ice for one beverage within 7 minutes. I am saving so much money on my electric bill because I've turned off the ice maker inside of my freezer. The countertop ice maker technically uses the same amount of kilowatts as your freezer, but the difference is your freezer never shuts off. I only run the ice maker for a maximum of 2 hours three times a week. It really does save time and money the ice is nice and soft. You can choose between tiny many bullets or the full size. I really like it and it was pretty easy to clean just follow the manufacturer's directions in the booklet that's included

I have an ice maker on my fridge that never got hooked up. I use this little machine when I need ice. The ice taste great of you use spring water the performance is great there is some noise which is to be expected when the ice drops into the tray. I think the value for the money is spot in.

The media could not be loaded. This larger ice maker is great aside from ONE issue, the machine makes a LOUD noise that lasts for about 5mins. I wrote the seller to try to reconcile but have NOT heard back. I recorded a video of the machine screaming like a banshee! The ice and capacity are great, price was competitive. I’ve tried to reset it, clean it (even though it’s brand new), and maybe it’s user error, but I’ve had several machines and this is the lone stand out.

I wasnt expecting it but I was offered a refund instead I chose a replacement & it is working great so far. With the customer service I received I will buy from this seller again
