STOPPED Working after 2 Months!
I’ve only had this water glosser for 2 months and it already stopped working. It appears to be charging but once disconnected from the outlet, it completely goes dead. Horrible product. Wish I could get my money back.

Nice Water Flosser
This is very light. Arrived complete in one set. I like the pouch, perfect for travel used. User manual is clear and easy to read. There is a charged but I charged it anyway before I used it, took me less than an hour to complete the charge. Works great, no issues at all.I noticed among the 4 jet / orthodontic tips, 2 doesn't have a tip cover. Not sure if this is a production issue or what. I should have given this a straight 5 star but because of the tip cover, I will throw a 4.

Don't waste your money!
It worked great for the first 6 months, then started to malfunction. Wouldn't turn on consistently or would just shut off. It would also randomly turned on when it wasn't even touched. It is less than a year old and doesn't even work now. Will not turn on or charge.

Stopped working after 5 weeks.
It worked very nicely for a short time, about 2 weeks beyond the return window. I used the unit from the end of October until the 2nd week in December when it just stopped working. It appears to charge OK, but the motor will not run. There doesn't seem to be a way to exercise a warranty. I'd avoid purchasing this unit.

NICE ALTERNATIVE
This is a surprisingly enjoyable alternative to flossing everyday. I like the power of the jets between my teeth. It mat ne worth an investment if you find that flossing is hard on your gums

Only worked for 90 days. Otherwise it was great.
This was an amazing flosser until it suddenly failed to charge after only three months. It’s completely dead and of no use. So far, I can find no way to contact the seller to discuss this.
