３０日間で一番安いと出ていたので買いました。ポークチョップのレシピで代用で燻塩でも可とあり、実際そうしたのですが、イギリスメーカーの燻塩でお高いので勿体無く思い、これを購入しました。得かどうかは分かりませんw アメリカでは数百円とのレビューも見たので、2000円で買うのは馬鹿らしいと思いますが、仕方なく。もう少し安ければなぁ…と思います。

自家製液くんでお世話になってます。塩で締めた鮮魚や鴨、低温調理した鯖や鶏胸肉にオリーブオイルとこのくん液でエマルジョンさせたドレッシングでマリネするだけでびっくりするくらい美味しい冷燻が出来ます。

高い！ 価格がやりすぎ。 良く探せば国産で似たようなのがありますよ 500mlや1000mlで お安いのがあります。 3本購入しましたがすぐに無くなりました 用途は真空の低温調理に投入 スモーク風の料理が簡単に出来ます。
