I bought these so I could work out in my garage on the cement floor. I do HIIT workouts and needed something that would give me some cushion, I have suffered from shin splints in the past. I have used these for a while now and I have had no pain in my shins. The tiles lock in really well and there have been no signs of wear after extensive use. This mat has been great and I would highly recommend it. My only small issue is that it tends to slide around a little and I had to put something under it to keep it from sliding on the cement.

Purchased a single package of 6 3/4" pieces EVA foam. Includes 6 straight edge pieces and everything fits well. All pieces are the same colour and height in this package. Soft enough to perform your workout and rest weights on without damaging. If you put something heavy with sharp legs like a chair on this material, it may leave a mark but if you're using a bench with flatter legs, it would be fine. If you're using on Hardwood or Laminate flooring, it may slip under your feet with momentum. I experienced this while doing lunges. A good product for the price, exactly as advertised, fast shipping. I would buy again.

I received my exercise mat today and I just had to review this amazing product. I just finished setting it up as a "Bedside Workout Area". Every morning when I wake up from bed, my first steps are going to be on this mat. I was worried at first, since some of the reviewers stated they received pieces that didn't fit together, but they must have not took the time to re-arrange to borders, because my 6 tiles and the border pieces all fit together perfectly; like a perfect puzzle piece. This product looks exactly like the item in the photo and it comes with two extra border pieces in case you want to do an L-shape in the corner of a wall or something. The material is very durable, I got black color and 3/4" thick and it's thick and tough yet provides good cushion, I love doing my warm-up jumping jacks on this mat. It doesn't skid around like those low quality mats, it actually stays in place well. If you're looking for general exercise mat, this product is very great quality, and the price is very reasonable. I am definitely buying another set for my girlfriend to do her Yoga. I also plan to buy another set for the kitchen to act as an anti-fatigue mat when my girlfriend and I are cooking meals together.
