Life saver!!
These have been a life saver!! I’m fairly new to having a cpap and started getting abscesses where my mask sits on my face. It was embarrassing and irritating. I’ve been using these for over a month and have ordered twice. They have a good stretch to them which allows you to stretch them to fit the hole in the mask. I sometimes have issues with getting a good seal especially towards the top of my nose which can make my eyes puffy when I first wake up but that’s not too often and if I tug on the cloth after I’m all hooked up I can get a better seal.

Comfortable
I bought these CPAP mask liners to prevent loss of seal due to oily skin. I tried everything to reduce my skin's oiliness during the night before I found these. Not only do they keep the seal going strong all night, they also make the CPAP mask comfortable. I never knew how uncomfortable my CPAP mask was until I accidentally dropped the liner when I got up during the night and didn't replace it. I thought the short amount of time I had left to sleep wouldn't make a difference. I was wrong. My mask without the liner was actually painful. I've since learned that detaching my tubing rather than my entire mask keeps me from losing the liner during the night. (Who wants to turn on the light to reassemble everything again? Light wakes me up!) So it took awhile, but I've figured out these liners are actually perfect for me, and I never want to go without them.

The liners work like decribed, reduces air leaks and facial marks
I use this item for my bipap machine. Like most of you, the leaking woke me up many times a night, I have tried the ones you pull over the masks. They made my nose itch and got discussing after a few washes. These liners smell better than the pullover and are easier to use. don't have to trim, or constantly readjust. they cost a little more but it is worth it. Just try one pack, and you will not use any other.

Waste of money.
I bought this to cover the face mask on my CPAP. The face mask irritates my skin and I typically walk around with a chapped, dry, red face everywhere the mask touches my face. I have tried several products and nothing has worked yet. I thought this product might work because it doesn't have bulky material with elastic, which interferes with snapping the mask onto the face mask holder. The problem with this product is that the entire cover isn't large enough and the hole that is supposed to expose the opening of the face mask isn't large enough. Cover is only large enough to stick your nose thru, which is useless for a full face mask. The hole needs to be larger, and the cover needs to be larger to extend beyond the edges of the face mask. This was a good idea; it isn't made to truly fit a full face mask though, so my face is still getting irritated. The cover also slips. When trying to use it, I woke up 2 times feeling as if I was suffocating because of the cover slipping and actually covering my nose and mouth. I am disappointed in this product; I truly thought it was going to work. I wasted my money though and I honestly can't recommend this product to anyone. I had to open the product in order to try it out, therefore I can't get a refund. I used the product for 3 nights and then tossed them in my nightstand. I threw away $39 plus on yet another useless product.

These worked great for me!
Unfortunately, I have developed an allergic reaction to the silicone in my c-pap mask. I needed a barrier so the mask would not come in contact with the skin on my face. These worked extremely well for me. A tad bit difficult to get them to line up and place them on so they don't fall of before you finally put the mask on, but believe me, I have tried the others from Amazon, and these are by far the very best to use for the purpose I needed them for. It's not really difficult, just a bit annoying I would say. So far, I have had no, absolutely no, problems with leaks with these. The others I have purchased leaked all the time and kept me up most of the night. These did not and still do not cause me any problems. I will be purchasing these again unless for some reason my insurance will cover the cost of these types of covers for people who have allergic reactions to their c-pap mask materials. Well worth it!!

Stopped chaffing / improved mask seal
I’m sure this depends on the person, but in my case it stopped the rash that I was getting from the mask and actually improved the seal. Before using this I was having about 11 to 15 events per hour. After using this product I was down to four. I also have been able to reuse them multiple times and my wife has washed them so I can use them even longer. The downside Is that it makes it more inconvenient to put them on and they sometimes have to be readjusted making the whole CPAP experience more inconvenient.

Poor fit
The whole in the liner is much too smallOnly reaches to the middle of my lip.If I try stretching it just goes back again. As others said they do ride up and are uncomfortableVery expensive at a dollar a day

Not a Silver Bullet for Better Mask Fit
I have to wear a full face mask. To make it more comfortable, I had to loosen the straps which of course led to leaks. My sleep doctor recommended these liners to stop the leaks. I find that the use of the liners somehow distorts how the mask fits, and does not lead to a more comfortable fit. What is really annoying is that there is no way to attach the liner to the mask. I have to align the liner before I start my ventilator and then adjust with the machine on -- it is next to impossible to align while the CPAP is blowing air. And these liners are not cheap. I've decided to try to make my own liners so I can have extra cushioning where I need it -- the bridge of my nose.
