I love this tablet!
So I'll start by saying this, I've only owned and been using the mega pad for 2 days now. Upon arrival, the outer box appeared to have some damage but the inner foam packaging and product itself had no damage at all. It was obviously completely dead upon arrival which was to be expected but it allowed me to see how quickly it charged from 0-100% which in my opinion was fairly quick to be honest, it was a few hrs yes, but I was fine with that. Once I turned it on an allowed it to go through its updates, I was super impressed with the screen quality! The touch screen is very responsive, almost a bit too sensitive for my personal liking and I haven't found a way to lessen or intensify it, will update this review if I find it later. Yes I am a native android user so finding it isn't the issue, I simply think it isn't possible to adjust it. The speakers are more than loud enough for what it is, and to be honest, it's is a lot louder and punchier than I thought it would be. Watching YouTube and Netflix has been great, looks great and sounds great. I've installed geforce now and played games on it with no issues at all! A USB-C port would have been fantastic but hey, it has a USB-A port so buy an adapter if you really need it. OK, so why didn't I give it 5 stars? Upon first use, the remote it came with was faulty, the power, volume, settings, home and other buttons work perfectly, including the pointer, which is amazingly smooth and accurate. Unfortunately the circular or ring we are all accustomed to using to go left or right, up or down, for me does not work as it should, when pressing left on any app, webpage or even the pads homescreen, it switches to the next page altogether. Right works for some apps but not others, the same is true for pressing up. When pressing down, it just scrolls to the bottom of whatever page you're on. So basically, it's useful for volume, going back and home but not much else. I contacted customer support via the supplied email but have net to get a response. Will update if I ever do. In the mean time, I've found a small BT remote that I'm hoping works, if so it will be a lot easier using the tablet, especially with the touch sensitivity being so sensitive lol. Other than that, if the tablet continues to work as it is right now, I will go ahead an say this is an excellent buy! But that's definitely too early for me to say at this point, it did say it was a frequently returned item when I viewed it, which did give me some reservations, but I decided to take a chance, so I'm praying it continues to work and I dint have any screen issues like some others reported having after a short period of time. If I do encounter that I will update this review. I activated the 1 year warranty so I am covered, but something tells me it won't be easy getting in touch with customer service if something does actually go wrong. Hope this will be helpful for anyone hoping to buy in 2026. Edit. Have been using the MegaPad for over a month now and I have to say, it's the absolute best purchase I've made in a long time! For my personal lifestyle, I use it everyday. The screen quality is absolutely amazing, watching Avatar on this thing is a joy. Gaming via Geforce now an steam is so conveniently mobile. The remote it came with started working properly after some updates so didn't end up buying a BT one. I can't rave about this product enough!!!! If it continues to work as it currently is, I would recommend to anyone. I absolutely love this MegaPad.

What a shame that it just didn’t work…..
Oh how I REALLY wanted this tablet to work. I saw the negative reviews but overlooked them because I really had high hopes for this tablet. I take Piano lessons on line and there are videos on the website that I’m learning from. I chose this tablet because it’s LARGE and I wanted to see the lessons on the LARGE screen and thought this tablet would be the one to do it. Sadly that was not the case. Each time I tried to play the video the video would come on but very slowwwwwwww I tried several times to get it to work shut off the tablet turning it back on installing the app uninstalling the app you named it I tried it because I DID NOT want to let go of this tablet. Today I FINALLY gave up and ended up having to return it because it just wasn’t doing what I wanted it to do. Its such a shame to because on the outside its exactly what I wanted and needed to practice my piano lessons but on the inside, it just WASN’T WORKING out. So disappointed :(:(

KTC MegPad for the price its decently worth it. So far its OK overall.
So this is for the KTC 32" MegPad with rolling stand not for the other monitors. The audio is indeed inconsistent between apps and there isn't a clear way to adjust it via the system itself. At full volume: YouTube volume is OK, YouTube Music EXCELLENT, HBO MAX FAIR (this app has issues no matter the device with no clear way to adjust low volume), Netflix is EXCELLENT. Games like Fruit Ninja is EXCELLENT. So the sound varies, and again no way to adjust it either by the system nor the apps. Wifi connectivity is really stable no disconnects or lag. I dont do heavy gaming like FPS so unable to give proper input there. Monitor resolution seems to be 1080p sometimes slightly fuzzy but then seems to correct itself. Do realize apps are trying to stretch itself to a 32 inch screen tablet mode so may not look ideal all the time. Battery itself seems to last over 7 hours based on the couple test runs, however, can't conclude it since I dont stay 7 to 8 hours daily just watching it. Touchscreen functionality is as smooth as a regular tablet. The swiping to get rid of background apps sometimes gets frustrating so I just use the Close All method so swipe right and it'll give the option. Moving the tablet room to room is pretty smooth as we have laminated flooring. Only thing is the spots where we have little wood type bumps we would need to tilt the base and push it past that point so the rollers are small and low to the ground. Price point its pretty pricey, but not many of these type exist that Im aware of. I think one main brand is about 1.5x the price. When using an hdmi to laptop or other system it'll trigger a pop up saying it identified another source and you have about 10 seconds to confirm. However, there is a button or app called "Signal Source" in your app area that when pressed will switch your sources for you. Only 3 buttons exist in the back of the tablet monitor which is Power, Volume Up, Volume down. Other than that 1x hdmi and 2x usb ports exist. Tablet has Camera app but there is no camera within the tablet monitor so you need to buy or plug it separately. Mic same thing so unsure how Google Assistant is going to work at all without a mic within the tablet monitor as all itll have is the 2 speakers in the back end. So lots to think about for the price point. Lots of pros but many cons depending on your usage as well. Oh the assembly has a guide page that's decently understandable. Beyond that no instruction manual not like tablets come with one anyways. Updates and all had to be done cause it needed it so keep it charging while you do that. Adjust settings according to how you prefer it especially holding the power button to shut it down vs default of Google assistant which again doesnt work cause no mic. Also remember the base is the battery pack so dont be pressing the small power button on the back of the base cause itll shut the monitor right off since youll cut off the power to it. Happened to me once so just a heads up on that. The mouse and remote to me have been useless so far but I've only this for a few days so that might change later when scrolling through a movie category while laying down and dont feel like scrolling in front of it while I search for a movie or show. Oh last thing is a signature is required for the product to be given to you. The shipping itself is inconsistent (this time in a good way). It was shipped via FedEx so the tracking delivery date via Amazon was way different than the tracking on FedEx. It was a week difference so earlier delivery than expected. I ended up having Fedex drop it off at a nearby store so I could just travel and pick it up there when I had the opportunity otherwise it would be a constant headache of non delivery cause it requires a signature so someone had to be home which I wouldn't have.
