The set-up was easy. The camera works well with great video quality. I love that I can move it around to see my babies and that I am able to talk to them especially when I am out of town. It calms my anxieties about being away from them.

This is my second petcube camera and i really enjoy both of them. i’ve got a 16 year old disabled senior so being able to keep eyes on him is extremely important to me pros: shipping was quick and set up was very simple. the video is much clearer on this camera than my other petcube. night vision works very well, I use this feature frequently in a dark room and have never had an issue seeing my pup. while zooming in the video quality stays good. i can see the entire room with the ability to move the camera up/down/left/right. one of my favorite new features is the privacy mode so i don’t have to plug and unplug it all the time. one of the deciding factors for me was the free app, it gives me the features i need (live stream was the most important to me) without additional costs. i feel the pricing is really fair. i really love that i can share the camera with family and they can log in and check on my pup, also for free. cons: the audio on the speaker when speaking to my pet isn’t as loud as my previous petcube camera (the petcube cam). the app could use some improvement with connectivity. sometimes my live stream will randomly go “offline” and take a few minutes to reconnect. and sometimes when i open up the app i can’t get the livestream to load at all, it’ll say “connecting” and never connect and the in app support chat freezes. i have to reboot the whole app to get it to work and then it works great. this only happens sometimes, most of the time the app works great. overall i really enjoy my petcube cameras. i love knowing i can keep eyes on him at all times easily on my phone. 5 stars from me!

Works wonderful. I had the previous pet cube before but needed a camera with broader view. I'm very satisfied.

We bought 4 pet cube cameras back in August 2025. They have been working much better than the previous brand we had. One of them stopped working recently and I contacted customer service via email as that was the only way to do so other than chatting with AI. I really did not expect a response, especially since it was a Sunday. But I did get a response via email within an hour. They recommended that I try a couple things at home to see if the camera could be reset. Once I explained to them that I had tried what they recommended and it still was not working they stated that they would ship a replacement. To my surprise the replacement arrived within 24 hrs. I am very impressed and would recommend if you are looking for a decent camera with decent customer service

Was too complicated to setup with my wifi. I have a "smart" internet router that automatically assigns 5ghz or 2.4ghz bandwidth to devices. It correctly assigned the petcube to 2.4ghz but I could not change my phone from 5ghz to 2.4ghz at will, and apparently the setup will not properly complete if they are not both on 2.4ghz. I would have had to disable the "smart" feature of my router, create separate 5 and 2.4ghz bandwidths with their own passwords (lots of youtube videos to show how to do this), and then redo every device in my home that was connected to the old wifi login credentials! No thanks, sent back immediately. Some folks already have separate 5 and 2.4ghz for their wifi, so this won't be a problem, just make sure to check before.
