Celtic salt instead of regular table salt
After reading the info about the benefits of Celtic Sea Salt I decided to swap and use it. Yes it’s more costly than the supermarket regular salt but with health in mind , I’m trying it for the first time. I also take a bead of salt when I drink a glass of water.

This salt tastes good ,it has full minerals we need ,
I love this salt it is a moist salt i keep it in a little sealed glass jar its a little more expensive however your getting really healthy salt i highly recommend this salt fir daily use and you use less dye to its healthy minerals and taste
