Good kit. Everything you need for basic cleaning keeps your car in good condition.

I have mixed feelings about this car cleaning kit. While you get a ton of sponges and different types of tools to clean your vehicle, no single piece really stands out. There is just no Star in this kit. I originally ordered this for the brush and I thought this could be used to clean and polish leather seats, but the size is way too tiny. It’s basically proportioned for shining shoes, not full size leather seating. So that was a disappointment. Then there are all the grey soft sponges and towels. There is like 4-5 different kinds with all the same texture. Like I said, they are ok and sort of blend into each other. None are terrible, but none are memorable either. I think I can go to the dollar store and purchase some soft polyester kitchen wash cloth and they would function the same, if not better. The last dollar store polyester wash cloth I bought had a soft side for cleaning and a scratchy side for scrubbing, available in many colors. Its pretty amazing and useful for so many tasks around the house. They give you two brushes for detailing. They sort of look like makeup brushes. I read these can be used for vents…. But brushing dust into the air seems really iffy and non-hygienic, you are essentially just moving dust around and in the air to breathe in. What would make more sense is just to vacuum the vents, then you suck out the dirt, not push it around. Then there is the explanation card, which is too small and in translated English I can’t really understand. So you have to sort of guess what each sponge does. My favorite part of the kit is probably the organizational bag. It makes it handy to throw everything inside. And the pricing too, its pretty reasonable to include a lot for <$20. Like I said, this kit is ok. Its not bad, but I am just not excited about it. There is just no single piece in this kit that is an absolute must-have. This seems to fall into the line of most overseas products. They include a ton of filler items to give you a sense of value, but no single item really is of superb or amazing quality.

I detailed the entire interior of my Audi Q7 after it sat in the desert for over two years and was used as storage. It was awful inside. The brushes work wonders getting into the texture of the leathers and all of the small cracks between surfaces. I really liked the ability to clean the holes in perforated leather where my cooled seats get airflow from. The rags were only okay but the brushes really make the kit.
