Is this product’s scent strong odor when using?

Depends on water dilute with it. 70 percent water is so far better.

How do you you use it and how much do you put

I have a Shark pocket steam mop and I fill the liquid dispenser on the mop and turn it on. The mop heats the liquid to a steam and I mop. The fragrance is wonderful!

Does this product have any cleaner in it or is it just demineralized water and fragrance?

It’s only demineralized water with a fragrance. Any liquid that it’s not water could ruin the motor that produces the steam.
