Very good, tasty, not too hot

All of Melinda’s hot sauces are good. The black truffle sauce is amazing! Garlicky and truffley, yum.

The best sauce if you love truffle! It’s not too spicy bur you get a kick. I love that the truffle is very fragrant. I add this to chicken, potatoes, sandwiches - basically anything that can use a drizzle of sauce.

This is a favorite hot sauce of mine, with the caveat that I’m not a connoisseur of hot sauces. It’s not super hot but if I have it on every bite of something it will build until I have a nice burn going. The truffle flavor isn’t strong but noticeable enough. But I will add that if receiving “in date” products that “aren’t expired” is something that is important to you, then buyer beware. I’ve never found a bottle of this that wasn’t expired, even locally. I enjoy this hot sauce so much I can only dream of what it must be like when fresh!
