Excellent support …
I purchased a thermal printer and it was working perfectly fine for the first two months. Later, its adapter got damaged, so I raised a complaint. I spoke with Tejas Tawade from the customer support team, and he provided an instant solution. A new adapter was dispatched the very same day. Really impressed with the quick response and excellent support service!

No autocutter feature
Printer works good. But it's mentioned as auto cutter still it doesn't have that feature in that printer. Information is wrongly given in this product.
