Software glitches
So far four issues since first day:1."ALL APPS HAS STOPPED" in an hour after beginning of the movie. Than in five minutes goes away. Any app.2.Within approximately an hour kicks off to Home screen so you have to find where you were before to continue. Any App.3. Youtube only. Video is ok. Sound interrupts for 1-3 seconds, Constantly. Reset, removing App and reinstalling doesn't fix it.4. Instead of shutting off it freezes. You gotta fight to it.Seller said the UPDATE will fix it. Chinese How To Do It movie, Factory Tool sent from the seller and my own research will help but I don't have DATA MAIL-TO-MAIL USB cable to do it so I had to order it on Monoprice.com. Hassles. Why wouldn't seller do it for us before selling? If UPDATE don't fix it I will return it. Just don't wanna constantly play with it. If it'll fix it I'll give it five stars as one of the most advanced units so far. Let see.

You get what you pay for and the devil is in the details.
The vendor has gone to great links to make the item look like an Android TV 8.1 but it's not. The user experience is rough to say the least. I'm in IT so I can probably make it work but if you are a home user and and like refined finishes that Google offers this device is not for you.

An awesome Android TV Box!
The specs for this Android Box seemed to good to be true, but when I got it, I'm truly glad I was wrong. This box is a powerhouse with 4 gigs of ram and 64 gigs of space. It has 2 USB ports, SD card slot and an Ethernet port. It comes pre - loaded with Youtube, Netflix and all the other essentials. The interface is okay, not the greatest, but still better than most of the other boxes I've seen; it's fluid and snappy. I recommend getting a USB keyboard to fasten the typing process. It works flawlessly with my projector and I tested 4k video on it and it plays like a dream! The Bluetooth is handy for speakers and headphones. TV shows and Movies run smoothly and it can even play most games on the Play store! I highly recommend this box and for it's current price, it's a steal!

Very fast and stable box
This box is very fast very stable from the time I first started using these boxes they are just getting better and faster with the technology more portly more stable with no glitches and less buffering highly recommend for anyone to buy

WORKS AS EXPECTED
This turned my dumb tv into a smart tv. The box is easy to use and setup. I bought it mainly to play family videos and pictures from my USB drive. Then I found out I can play other videos and movies. WORKS GREAT!
