I purchased two fans for our second and third bedrooms. The instructions included are very easy to follow. Mounting hardware is included however, I didn't need to use it because we had existing fans that I removed and I only needed two support bolts that were in use on the old fans. The fans are very easy to install (one person job). The included remote came with no batteries (AAA) but I had some in storage. The fans have six very comfortable speeds, the sixth is a little louder than the rest but air circulation is awesome.

It’s a lot smaller than I thought it would be on the ceiling, but it’s really great in our kitchen replacing a much larger fan. It is very quiet and seems to move a good amount of air. I don’t love the white LED color the overall it’s a great fan and looks great. The remote control is also great.

I purchased a 30" ceiling fan which upon installation it worked great. I accidentally bumped and cracked the lamp shade so I contacted customer service to purchase a new one. They informed me that the fan lamp shade was covered under the three year warranty period which was great news. They we're very professional and a pleasure to work with.Highly recommend their products.

Great customer service. I contacted them requesting back up LED light panels and they quickly replied and sent us the back up panels at no cost.Fans themselves are tiny but mighty. Perfect for our kids’ rooms.

Circulates the air perfectly in my dining area/ living room. This will definitely help with the power bill! Wrks very well. I especially like the different lighting features…. I plan to get another one for my bedroom…
