WOCAOil Refresher Natural 1L

Last lot lasted me 8 years, this was 10 quid cheaper than then, brings oak floor ba ck to pristine every time. Do it on a warm dry day though

I had a hardwood installed in my property. I went for an oiled and brushed, smoked oak floor - perfect, until the builders dust settled into the brushed wood and more or less caked in. I tried many products to get rid of it, from steam mopping to Fairy liquid on a sponge on my hands and knees. Nothing got it out!I tried Bona Cleaner for Oiled Floors 1Ltr Spray, which was OK, but didn't get rid of it.So I thought I'd try Woca.Having a look at the Woca range, you'll find quite a selection, narrowing it down to the Oil Refresher was actually quite hard. I had to do a lot of research. Anyhow, a cap full in a bucket and away I went. On first application, the floor got a new shine to it. It doesn't last long maybe a day at most. However on the 10th application some weeks later, and you can start to see the minute traces of Oil it leaves behind starting to build up.I now drop a cap into the bottle of this... Spontex Quick Spray with Microfibre Mop, fill the rest of the bottle with water and spray mop the floor to keep the floor topped up.Did it remove the builders caked in dust? - No. If I give the floor a thorough wash with another cleaner, all the Oil is lifted and the caked dust reappears. I suppose Woca is sitting on top of the dust, masking it. I then bought this.. VAX Floormate Cordless Floor Cleaner - That did the trick on most parts. Hard to reach areas still have the white builders dust, but it'll do until time and footsteps gets the rest out.In closing, the product is a great little top up on your oiled floor, just don't expect it to be an oil for your floor. If you want to oil your floor, buy oil!
