Nice Fast Shipping
Was packaged well. Shipping was great. Kept us informed when it would be delivered. Oven itself works great straight out of the box. No complaints. It is being used in a Bakery and Coffeeshop!!

The oven arrived without power cord!
Nowhere in the description of the oven or the specs it states that the oven comes without power cord. Technically you have to spend additional money for the supplies and hire an electrician to do the job. Plan to spend another $500-700 on top of the original price that's already hogher compared to other similar items on the market.
