good quality, fast relief, easy to use, good design to spray. good value for money.

Had been using the BOOTS own brand snoring relief since i put on a bit of weight and it seemed to be working (or so the wife said), however it ran out and for ease and convenience i order this over the internet. Well what a load of crap, as with the BOOTS version you hold it at the back of your throat for 10-20 seconds as i guess it helps firm up the pallet at the back of your mouth, but to be honest the taste is rank and it doesn't make you gip but it isn't pleasant. The spray is ok and does reach the back of our throat with some force which is surprisingly good but I've used it about 10 times now as the wife is still bugging me to stop snoring but i refuse to buy another product but as this is so crap it looks like its going in the bin !!! WASTE OF MONEY

It certainly helps acording to my wife anyway and it has a pleasant taste.

Stops hubby from being slapped for imitating a freight train.
