Got it for my dad for a x-mas gift thought it was pretty cool considering it was a tool he actually didn’t have. Have had the chance to really wear it in but the couple times we have it did the job it’s a lil bulky so don’t except getting in tight spaces. The material seems a lil janky an easy to break if to much pressure applied, but it has done what it needed to so far a for the price you really can’t beat it.

This universal socket has just changed the game of what tools I carry as my get me out of trouble tool bag in my truck. I usually carry a full set of common size sockets in SAE and Metric as with the same in wrenches to ensure I have the correct tool for the job. This will allow me to pair down the amount of Duplicate sizes in each that I carry in my tool bag. Now this is a bit on the large side and it will not work in tight places but still a perfect addition to the tool box or mobile tool bag. Now it is a bit large in length and girth, to be expected because of the versitialtity in sizes you can use it on. Also it has a bit of heft to it too, and can be tightened down on those stubborn bolts that are all different sizes instead of using the same size throughout the piece you need to be working on. All in all I believe I'll use this for some time to come. I hope this helps you in making your decision easier!!!!!

Stronger than I anticipated. It's pretty heavy and somewhat heavy duty. Only have two issues. First, obviously it's bulky size limits you on applicable situations. The bolt or nut you are working has to be able to accommodate the tool on all sides. So it pretty much has to be a single bolt away from other instructions. So not ideal for under the hood or for complex machinery. Second I used on a caster replacement task. The nut I removed became stuck in the tool. I did not panic though. I would just adjust the tool to loosen it. That's when I started to panic. The turning collar would not spin. The nut was stuck. I tried other tools to loosen the grip but they just compressed the collar even more making it tighter or possibly would warp the collar. I guess it needs at least one click in either direction to turn. And that is used up in the last click to lock. So I just had to use one of the studs to thread into the nut and then just pull it out. But it did efute the little bit of abuse that day. It may not be well thought out as far as versatility, but is very well made. Strong parts & solid materials.
