It comes with a pump, e ordered covers. I don't think it came with one. Be sure to keep adjusting the air until comfortable. It will be a real blessing for the user.

I'm not really sure, the person that is using it weights around 250 pounds.

can you rotate this so it becomes longer rather than wider? we need 16 x 18, not 18 x 16.

It's designed (along with directional arrows on pad) to fit a certain way, but I see no reason it couldn't fit otherwise. Just make sure you can get to the air fitting easily.
