When I peeled some of the dried material off of the bucket, I noticed it was flexible, but it did not stretch. I think because my deck was a little older and maybe had some moisture in it , when it got hot out and shrunk a little it pulled all the small cracks in my deck, so I needed to do some spot repair, a little disappointing only a month after installation. Review: Cannot be sprayed on! It could ruin your sprayer. Rolls on fine, just takes a lot longer.

It is as advertised. Goes on easy. A little tough to clean up.

Used this paint for my pool decking and it started peeling after a few weeks I’m pretty sure it froze when delivering as it was very separated I used the primer and followed all instructions to a tee.. would not recommend.. wish I could have returned it but I past my return window so I am eating the cost at this point

Roll it on. Let it dry. Allow for two coats. I used one pail and ordered a secound one. Two coates is recommended.
