I am beyond happy with this product! I have struggled with SD for quite a while right around my nose and it has recently gotten worse. I saw good reviews and decided to give this product a shot. When I tell you this product works fast... I was amazed. Lots of reviews mentioned a bit of a stinging/tingling sensation while using, and there definitely is a strange effect when you first apply the product. For about 2-5 minutes there's a strong tingling sensation, but after those few minutes, it feels fine. Once the SD starts to go away, the product no longer stings. There is a bit of a strong smell, but I personally find it to be a very nice smell. I have had this struggle with SD for years, and this is the first thing to actually make a difference. Within a week, it was gone. It was a HUGE blessing because I was attending a massive convention and was embarrassed about the appearance of my skin around my nose, as nothing had previously helped. I felt beautiful and confident for the convention! I am so happy with this product. Where I only needed it for a small area, this will last me a LONG time. So worth every penny. I am so grateful!

Immediately after setting a timer for ten minutes, I gave it a mild rinse and patted it dry. It wasn't until thirty minutes later that I realized the tight, burning sensation had subsided. My skin felt as if someone had turned down an internal thermometer, and I can say that the instant comfort astonished me more than the visual alteration. Despite the fact that there was still flaking the next morning, the unpleasant feeling had subsided, which made it simpler to refrain from scraping the scales to remove them. After a mild cleanser, the regimen was established on day four, which consisted of using the product twice daily, followed by a moisturizer that did not include any scent. I get the impression that the cream is performing a function similar to that of a traffic police, subtly guiding the overactive oil glands to moderate their activity so that the skin may recuperate.

This worked so quickly my issue on my skin went a way within a few days after me trying over a month on other products. I got sun burnt very badly around my lips and the skin just kept staying raw and patchy on my skin like I had never seen before . I tried every creme I owned including so many other typical natural products coconut oil, aloe, olive oil, Jojoba, shea butter, and it just kept getting worse I found out later that the oils were making it worse once I realized that I looked up cremes like this one and based off the reviews I gave it a try. It does have a short sting once applied but it goes away and honestly, I didn't care because of how bad I was willing to try anything and I was shocked with every day of applying it got better and better an completely cleared up in just a handful of days . This was amazing in my eyes after how long I was trying to heal it . Thanks for the product creation it helped me alot .

Seems like when we put the cream on, it does it's job, it helps the dry flaky skin and the redness.Also helps with itchiness.The scent could be improved, but it's not terrible.Feels non greasy on the skin. Pretty easy to wash the excess off your hands after application.

Too much menthol. I bought this for my beard and can’t even use it because it makes your eyes water and tear for 2 hours after use. I’m not even putting it near my eyes and still just tears for hours. Throwing it in the trash. Do these products not get tested. Unbelievable, something for your face could make you tear for hours on end.
