Best B12 out there.
I have been purchasing these for over 5 years now and they are wonderful. These are the perfect daily amount of vitamin B12 and if you need a little boost later in the day they’re perfect for that too. Since they are sublingual they enter the bloodstream immediately and you feel the boost of energy within minutes. I’ll continue to purchase these for the foreseeable future.

I suffer from trigeminal neuralgia and these help keep the pain at bay along with my prescribed meds

no need to go through the gut
This is an excellent form of B12. I have ms and this helps with myelin repair which is broken down with ms. My last bloodwork showed good levels. I used to take injections because b-12 is not absorbed well in the gut. This way is so easy just letting these tiny tablets melt under your tongue. They taste good too.

Sublingual "Nuggets"
My 4 star rating is simply the "nugget" factor. The only issue I have is that the " nugget" is NOT a quick melt which I prefer. I have no other complaints & if I do not feel like waiting for the extended melt...I give it a little bite to speed up the process!!!

Love this brand
These taste SO good. So tiny and simple but they pack a big punch. I can’t have any B complex vitamin because I can’t have B6. I have Hypophosphatasia. So this is awesome to boost my b12 safely. They don’t leave a film in your mouth after you chew and swallow them. Great price for a safe vitamin. It’s a must have in our home.
