Poor FERM Quality Control
First unit arrived and drill spindle run out was unacceptable and unusable. Machine was vibrating badly due to the Drill spindle run out causing much belt pulley and tension variation. Unit also arrived with two a two pin European plug. Returned this unit and requested a replacement. Replacement unit arrived with a Uk three pin plug and before removing it from the packaging I noticed that the motor cowling was cracked. After assembling the unit the vibration was worse than the first unit and although the drill spindle end run out appeared to be okay the vibration was coming from the motor end!! On looking at the motor shaft and turning it, it was evident that excessive shaft run out on this was causing the vibration and belt pulley / tension variation. If I had the motor cowling and motor from the first unit stuck on the 2nd unit then I might have had one good unit!! Requested a refund which was duly excepted by Amazon. My issue is not with Amazon and their partners but the poor Poor Quality control by FERM. Disappointed!!

Could have been good drill if not for Amazon
Had spent an hour building due to the lack of instructions and come the end of building I notice the drills chuck and chuck key was missing. Spoke to some gimp at amazon who said the only thing he cam do is get me to dismantle it and send it back. He wouldn't even give me a credit to buy a new chuck. So now have non working drill until my new chuck arrives. Dont buy from amazon. Shocking customer service

useless
Dont waste ypur money...Had this for 12 months now and the pillar is going rusty,, the table is not at 90 degrees to the pillar and the depth guage is more than useless.. Very disappointed,,,,,

Après quelques mois d'utilisation, je constate que c'est une bonne et solide machine. Elle me sert pratiquement tous les jours ! et qui ne demande qu'à évoluer. J'ai en effet rajouté une visée laser en X, un plateau un peu plus large (alu pour CNC) qui s'adapte parfaitement. Il ne faut pas lui demander un travail au micron mais pour du courant, ça convient. Attention : le réglage de la tension de la courroie est important sinon votre machine vibrera.
