We had a Big Mable for years--popped a hole in it and decided to try something new but similar. This thing is much safer from head bonking because of the inflatable armrest dividers between the riders. We were surprised to find that we like it even more than the Big Mable. We really like how the sides are raised up a little bit so it's less likely to catch an edge and flip as easily. That makes it more gentle on the little kids, and harder to dump your extreme tuber friends: Best of both worlds.

Same complaints as everyone else. Backrest rolls flat after a short period of time. Kids can’t even sit up and use it. The worst part, they are only 8-10 years old and it still does it after towing it for 5-10 minutes on the water. Save your money and buy something with more quality! Ruined our entire vacation because the kids hated it. Looking at the other reviews, sounds like several other people continue to have this issue yet they keep advertising and selling this garbage. This is what $300 gets you these days?

The tube works and can handle impact well… however the back support rolls flat after every 5-10min. Ride. My son and his friends are 12-13 and all kids weigh about 120ish, still rolls flat/backwards. There is a zipper at the bottom you can open and shove your hand in to pull the bottom back and straighten up the back support if you’re wanting to re adjust it every trip. Also the one way valves are NOT the screw cap style… instead it’s the rubber ones similar to blowing up a pool floaty and just don’t see long term them lasting without getting ripped off and once that happens there’s no replacement for them. Furthermore at each blow up portion has a cover that is closed by a metal zipper which is exposed the the riders. Suggest ones with a Velcro covers. In short this tube will work but I’d spend an additional $50 and buy a different brand.

This was a very expensive product, we used it 3 times and the tube deflated while my children were tubing on the back of our boat, we found a large tear in the seam on the bottom. We tried to get a refund or exchange and Amazon essentially told us we cannot return it or exchange it per our chat conversation. They won't call us either when we try to connect with them. We are very dissapointed with this product and Amazon's lack of customer service. Would not recommend.Update: WOW contacted us and replaced the tube without issue. Amazon still didnt return my call.

This came in on time, and put family has a blast on it

We bought this tube last July and finally took it out of the box July 10th 2024. The first time using it, it pulled down into the water when just starting out dumping the riders face first into the water as it flipped forward over them. We tried it once again and it did the same thing. Can’t use it because it’s unsafe.

Tube is very very heavy, awkward to manuver around in a 21' deck boat. Outer cover always seems to get out of line with the tube fill holes and just seems to hold water. Returned.
