UniBond Quick Grout Triple Protect Tube Cream

Initially had problems actually getting anything other than liquid to emerge through the nozzle but sound advice from the seller resolved the issue. A novice like myself would be advised not to spread the grout too thickly, avoids mess and waste. I also found this tool useful for tidying up after application.Vitrex 10 2280 Grout Finisher

When this product arrived and I read the back it states that it's only for walls, not floors (I was buying it for touch-ups on both, but primarily the floor). This is not stated anywhere I can see in the product description. Also, I have unglazed travertine tiles and the back of the product says only suitable for glazed tiles. Again this isn't in the product description, although if you zoom in on the product picture you can just about read this. ZigZag do not allow returns through amazon and when I contacted them to explain that the product description wasn't sufficient they said I could send it back, but they wouldn't refund the delivery charge. The delivery charge is nearly the same as the product price and I'd have to pay the return delivery too! Not happy with that customer service given the description is misleading. Although they were quick to respond.You might be ok if you are looking for a product that works on glazed tiles on walls only, but I'm rating this 1 for poor product description and service from ZigZag. It is not worth me sending it back.

Great alternative to traditional way of using grout. Have reused several times on different tilling around the home and Still as new. Highly recommend for small tilling jobs.

Easy to use no waste

Used for regrouting floor tiles in the bathroom. . Very pleased.

Grouted tiles in kitchen. Ideal for sprucing up small areas which had become discoloured.

Easy to use and great price. Would definately recommend this product.
