This foot massager surprised me in the best way.From the moment I opened the box, it felt like a well-built product, that is compact, clean design, and easy to set up.The instructions were straightforward, and the remote control makes navigating the modes simple and intuitive.What stood out to me most is how adjustable the settings were. With 10 modes and 20 intensity levels, it offers flexibility for different needs.I appreciate being able to start at low level and i gradually increased based on how my legs and feet responded.The TENS/EMS function delivers a strong but comfortable stimulation, and after each session, there is a noticeable sense of relaxation and reduced tightness.The device stays in place during my usage and does not require much effort. You just sit and let it do the work.It is also quiet, which makes it convenient to use while reading or watching TV.Being it rechargeable is another plus; no need to deal with batteries.Overall, this is a solid wellness tool to have at home.I got the value of my money considering the features, and I look forward to using it regularly.

It's easy to use. And works well. It releases tightness & cramping in my feet.

This product does what it claims. In as far as sending electrical shocks through your feet and calves. This ranges from very mild to very uncomfortable based on the power level. Which is the only thing the -/+ adjusts. No variable timer adjustments that I could find. The power button also cycles through modes, but there is no description anywhere to what these modes are. Overall I found the interface very unintuitive. The foot pads are 11" which seems a bit small for the US market at less than a foot.

I have used TENS units at home. The SPA4PIEDS TENS unit is new to me, as it has two options. The central Unit is the platform for massaging the feet. Two pads are included that can be attached to different body areas.There are 20 intensity levels. The intensity levels are chosen based on what feels comfortable but is still effective.There are 10 different massage modes, and no information on what they do. From my previous experience, each mode was different, sometimes only slightly and sometimes completely different. I was accustomed to various Constant rates, or various Burst options, where it would be on for 250ms and then off for 250ms.There isn't enough information for me to operate this Unit.

I've never used something like this before, but how cool! The unit is lighter than I thought it would be and it is fairly easy to use. It comes with a booklet of instructions, but I feel most people will figure out which mode/level of intensity works best for them. My massager came pre-charged so I was able to try it immediately. It comes with the charger, a remote (with batteries) and 2 electrode patches if you want to use this on something other than your feet. Intensity level has up and down buttons, the mode button uses the on/off button.I am using this in the evening to massage my feet - I have plantar fasciitis. Gotta say, the massager feels really good. I hope I can get hubby to try it out as he has diabetes with some foot neuropathy. It would be great to provide some stimulation for that!!!

bought it mainly to help with neuropathy and plantar fasciitis, and I was honestly a little skeptical at first. But after a few sessions, I could really feel a difference.

This is very useful for after a long day at work. I walk a lot for work. Some days, I reach 10,000 steps without trying. So many times, after walking up and down the stairs, my feet just hurt so much at the end of the day. This helps tremendously so that I can still function after work.

Great product and it’s part of my morning routine. Relax my muscles and great product for office setup under the table
