CHARMING Party Hat, Blue, Large

There is nothing wrong with this hat, let me make this clear. I gave it a lower review in hopes someone would read it. The first thing that I found that I didn't like was the hat itself. It is basically a piece of foam paper with a design on the outside, rolled into a cone. It has a glued piece of glitter cloth holding it together, with the blue fuzzy stuff stapled to it, plus the glued silver strings at the top. It looks very cheaply made, I could have done this myself if i'd known what it was. I was trying to get the best for my baby's 7th birthday, as he is getting old and wont be here forever. Second, the size. I got the large and it looked like a Chihuahua should wear it. Third, the price. $8 for this junk? And why is a small more expensive than a large?! Lastly, how it fit my dog. It comes with instructions saying to cut the strap and tie a knot on my dogs neck. You'd figure a hat made for animals would not come in a human size, right? It does stretch anyway, incase it was to small. All in all, I would not recommend this hat, just go get a pack from Walmart and save some money!

Cute! After being tied it sits well on their head. It's a nice little hat for the pre-party photos. We took it off after about 5 minutes of photos; it's a paper hat and not very strong, but it stays on; the color is nice and the sparkles, little fringe and tassels are cute. Used on an Australian Shepherd, male, 51 lb, 1 year old party.

THIS WAS AMAZING. I bought it for my cat's first birthday because, let's be real, I just needed an excuse to put a hat on my cat. The elastic is roomy enough to fit the hat snugly without pinching or being uncomfortable. My cat was more interested in chewing on it, but she was gracious enough to let me get a picture first.Well-constructed, absolutely adorable. And, somehow, my cat didn't hate me for having to wear this for a few minutes. A+ in my book, absolutely recommended.

Sure, it's a semi overpriced party hat for a dog. But it was well worth the laugh and will make for many more in the years to come. Bonus that it stays on surprisingly well. Just look at that smile!

the small one is VERY SMALL -- it's nice but for a tiny doggie - just letting you know, if you have a 15 or 20 pounder, I would go up a size

This is such a cute birthday hat for my puppy :) He looked really good in his Birthday hat and he actually wore it (at least long enough to take some pictures)! I'm sure I could have made it myself if I had taken the time to do so, but I'm glad I bought it.

Adorable party hat that we used for our dog's birthday. I also hot glued a # on it and it removed very easily without damage to that hat so I could reuse it again! (Our dog is 22 lbs and is wearing the small.)

Got the small one for my 22 lb Boston Terrier, it fit pretty good, the hat is very well made, pleasantly surprised!
