The phone generally works ok. But whoever unlocked it did it sloppily. It isn't registered or the software is bad. The serial number is also a mass used generic number. We googled the serial number and several people have the same number and issues. I feel totally ripped off. Many of my apps won't register the device or the software. Do not buy from this seller!
